Sell My Caravan Today provides a caravan purchasing service throughout the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n

We may purchase touring caravans, static caravans and other leisure vehicles of any age, condition or value, including those with outstanding finance or requiring repairs.<\/p>\n

Submitting a valuation request does not guarantee that we will make an offer to purchase your caravan.<\/p>\n

3. Caravan Valuations<\/h2>\n

Any valuation provided by telephone, email, messaging service or through our website is:<\/p>\n

  • Free of charge<\/li>\n
  • Subject to inspection<\/li>\n
  • Based on the information provided by you<\/li>\n
  • Non-binding until confirmed in writing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The final purchase price may change if the caravan differs from the description originally provided.<\/p>\n

    Examples include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n

    • Undisclosed damage<\/li>\n
    • Water ingress or damp<\/li>\n
    • Structural defects<\/li>\n
    • Mechanical or electrical faults<\/li>\n
    • Outstanding finance<\/li>\n
    • Missing documentation or keys<\/li>\n
    • Poor condition not disclosed during the valuation process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      4. Ownership & Seller Responsibility<\/h2>\n

      By selling a caravan to us, you confirm that:<\/p>\n

      • You are the legal owner of the caravan or have authority to sell it.<\/li>\n
      • All information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.<\/li>\n
      • The caravan is not stolen or subject to any undisclosed finance or legal dispute.<\/li>\n
      • You have disclosed any known faults, defects or previous damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        We may request proof of identity and ownership before completing any purchase.<\/p>\n

        5. Outstanding Finance<\/h2>\n

        We may purchase caravans with outstanding finance.<\/p>\n

        Where finance exists:<\/p>\n

        • You must provide an accurate and up-to-date settlement figure.<\/li>\n
        • We may settle the finance directly with your lender.<\/li>\n
        • Any remaining balance will be paid to you once the finance settlement has been completed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          We reserve the right to decline any purchase involving unresolved finance or ownership issues.<\/p>\n

          6. Collection & Payment<\/h2>\n

          Collections are arranged by appointment only.<\/p>\n

          Payment will normally be made by electronic bank transfer.<\/p>\n

          Ownership of the caravan will only transfer once cleared funds have been received and all necessary documentation has been completed.<\/p>\n

          We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any offer where the caravan materially differs from the information originally supplied.<\/p>\n

          7. Cancellation<\/h2>\n

          Either party may withdraw from the transaction at any time before payment has been made and ownership has transferred.<\/p>\n

          We reserve the right to decline or cancel any proposed purchase at our discretion.<\/p>\n

          8. Website Information<\/h2>\n

          Whilst we make every effort to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current or free from errors.<\/p>\n
